We are writing to provide an important update regarding the global memory and other electronics components markets, and to outline our support and recommendations for your 2026 supply planning.

Driven by the rapid expansion of data center and AI infrastructure, we are seeing significant tightening in memory component availability. Several manufacturers have already implemented pricing increases, and our suppliers anticipate further cost increases and extended lead times before the market stabilizes. When a major segment of the electronics market experiences sustained disruption, it often creates ripple effects across adjacent component categories.

Our team at embeddedTS is actively working with suppliers to secure allocation for memory and other components and to minimize disruptions for your ongoing projects. We currently hold a safety stock of key components, including memory, procured prior to recent and anticipated price increases. However, once this inventory is depleted, we expect unavoidable cost increases on new purchases. In the interest of complete transparency: if a significant product price adjustment becomes necessary, we will pass through only the component cost increase, without adding margin.

As always, our focus remains on long lifecycle support and predictable supply for the embedded products you depend on.

To ensure your production lines remain uninterrupted and to secure the best possible pricing, we strongly encourage you to place blanket orders for your anticipated 2026 demand now.

To support your planning and mitigate your financial risk, we are structuring 2026 blanket orders with the following guidelines:

• Priority Allocation: Our current, lower-cost safety stock will be allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis to customers with firm orders on the books, prioritized by the date the order is finalized.

• Reduced Deposits: For blanket orders with three or more scheduled releases over a 12-month period, we will minimize deposit requirements where possible. This allows us to confidently secure and hold your key components in advance, without requiring a significant upfront payment.
