We are contacting you today to let you know there has been a New Non-Volatile RAM Qualified for the OP-SRAM-32K-NV option on several products from Technologic Systems.  This change will phase in Q3 2017

The affected products are: TS-2100, TS-2200, TS-2800, TS-5300, TS-5400, TS-5500

In order to continue supporting a long life cycle on the above products Technologic Systems has added a source of STMicroelectronics M48Z35Y (Integrated ultra low power SRAM and battery) to the list of approved parts.  We have fully tested this change on all products over the full temperature range of the product and this change has no impact to functionality, software, or performance.
