Dear Valued Customer,

We are contacting you today to inform you that there has been New RAM Qualified on the TS-4700 from Technologic Systems. This change will phase in over the next several months.

The affected products are: TS-4700, TS-8100-4700, TS-8160-4700, TS-8820-4700, TS-TPC-8390-4700, TS-TPC-8900-4700

In order to continue supporting a long life cycle on the affected products, Technologic Systems has added a new DDR RAM from Alliance Memory to the list of approved parts.  We have fully tested this change on all products over the full temperature range of the product and this change has no impact to functionality, software, or performance.
