Dear Valued Customer,
We are contacting you today to let you know that the TS-4720 will be Upgraded to an Industrial Temperature Device from Technologic Systems. We will be transitioning the products between Jan. 2016 and June 2016 such that only the Industrial temperature products will be available once the transition is completed. There are no price changes with this upgrade.
The affected products are: TS-4720, TS-8150-4720, TS-TPC-8380-4720, TS-TPC-8390-4720, TS-TPC-8920-4720
We are updating the ethernet device and DDR3 RAM used on the TS-4720 to be the industrial temperature versions of the devices. The TS-4720 will be operational over the -40C to +85C temperature range. There will be no impact on software or system performance with this change. The TS-4720 industrial temperature version will be a form/fit/function replacement for the previous commercial temperature version. The orderable part numbers will be adjusted to reflect the new temperature range
We will notify you as you need to change the part number you are ordering, after the transition only the industrial temperature part numbers will be orderable.
