We are contacting you today to notify you of an Updated External Power Supply for TS-TPC-7990 and TS-7970 from Technologic Systems.  The new external power supply device will still provide the rated 2.5A 12V power, and will be a physically smaller size.

The affected products are: TS-7970, TS-TPC-7990, TS-TPC-8950, TS-TPC-8950-4900

Technologic Systems has tested the new power supply and it meets the performance requirements of the above products.  The new devices is also US DOE Level VI compliant for external power supply efficiency and no-load power draw.  These standards also meet or exceed regulatory requirements in the EU.
