Dear Valued Customer,
We are contacting you today to notify you that there are New 7-inch Resistitve Touch LCD Factories Approved for TS-TPC Products. Technologic Systems strives to provide the highest quality products with long life cycles and minimal lead times, and by adding two new approved manufacturing facilities to the approved LCD list for the 7-inch TS-TPC product families we are better able to meet these goals. These changes will phase in over the next several months, and should have no impact on software or the form, fit, function of the the touch panel display product.
The affected products are: TS-TPC-7390, TS-TPC-7395, TS-TPC-7990, TS-TPC-8390, TS-TPC-8390-4700, TS-TPC-8390-4710, TS-TPC-8390-4800, TS-TPC-8390-4900
The above products and any of their custom variants have been thoroughly tested with displays from two additional factories to verify that there will be no changes to the visual look or over all quality of the displays. The additional qualified LCDs also have the same mechanical and electrical specifications as the original source. Testing was completed over a variety of environmental conditions, and Technologic Systems continues to include a 1 year manufacture's warranty with all products.
