Dear Valued Customer,

We are contacting you today to inform you there is a New 7-inch Resistive Touch LCD Factory Approved for TS-TPC Products . embeddedTS and our supply chain partners strive to provide the highest quality products with long life cycles and minimal lead times. The manufacture for the 7-inch Resistive Touch LCD has shifted manufacturing to a new factory location.  We've worked with the LCD assembly manufacturer to ensure a quality replacement. These changes will phase in over the next several months and should have no impact on software or the form, fit, function of the the touch panel display product.

The affected products are: TS-TPC-7390, TS-TPC-7395, TS-TPC-7990, TS-TPC-8390, TS-TPC-8390-4600, TS-TPC-8390-4700, TS-TPC-8390-4710, TS-TPC-8390-4720, TS-TPC-8390-4800, TS-TPC-8390-4900

The above products and any of their custom variants have been thoroughly tested with the new displays to verify that there will be no changes to the visual look or overall quality of the displays. The newly qualified LCD panel assemblies also have the same mechanical and electrical specifications as the original source. Testing was completed over a variety of environmental conditions, and embeddedTS continues to include a 1 year manufacture's warranty with all products.
