Dear Valued Customer,

We are contacting you today to let you know there has been a New Video RAM Qualified on the TS-TPC-7390 & TS-TPC-7395 with Updated Shipping FPGA Image from Technologic Systems. These changes will phase in over the next several months, and should have no impact on customers software or the form, fit, function of the TS-TPC-7390 & TS-TPC-7395.

The affected products are: TS-TPC-7390, TS-TPC-7395 and all custom versions.

In order to continue supporting a long life cycle on the TS-TPC-7390 & TS-TPC-7395 Technologic Systems is revising these products to utilize a new RAM from Alliance Memory for the Video RAM accessed by the FPGA.  We have fully tested this change on all products over the full temperature range of the product and this change has no impact to functionality, OS level software, or performance.  In order to support this new RAM, and to correct some latent minor bugs, a new FPGA image will begin shipping on this product.
